This license grants users access for the duration of their active subscription. DollarBill reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time, without prior notice, should there be any violation of these terms. By subscribing to DollarBill, users accept the license’s termination rights, which allow DollarBill to maintain service standards and address potential issues.

4.	Refunds
Due to the nature of digital subscriptions, DollarBill does not offer refunds once access is granted. Please consider your purchase carefully before subscribing.

5.	Disclaimer
DollarBill makes no guarantees that the service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes (but is not limited to) potential losses related to profits, data corruption, business interruption, or contract loss. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.

6.	Warranties and Limitation of Liability
DollarBill provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality or fitness of the software for any specific purpose. DollarBill is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or costs incurred due to usage of the software, even if arising from negligence or otherwise. In the event that DollarBill is found liable for any breach of this Agreement, you agree that DollarBill’s liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the subscription, calculated based on this clause. You release DollarBill from any obligations, liabilities, or claims exceeding this limitation.

7.	Responsibilities
DollarBill is not responsible for the content generated by users or any activities undertaken with user-generated data.

8.	Price Adjustments
As DollarBill evolves and its offerings expand, subscription prices may be adjusted. Users subscribing at current rates will not be subject to sudden, unexpected increases within their active billing period.

9.	General Terms and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Panama. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DollarBill due to your use of these services. You agree not to represent yourself as an agent, representative, or employee of DollarBill, and DollarBill will not be liable for any act or omission on your part.
